Refund & Exchange Policy – Tenure Footwear

At Tenure, your comfort is our priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn’t feel right — whether it’s a size, quality, or delivery concern — we’re here to make it right.

🌀 Exchange Policy

We offer easy exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
You dispatch the item back to us at your own expense.

Once we receive the product and inspect its condition, the exchange process will begin.

📌 Note: Delivery charges for both sending and returning the parcel are to be paid by the customer.

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

Quality Concerns: If the product is defective or doesn’t meet our quality standards, you may request a refund within 7 days.
Incorrect Item Received: If you received the wrong item, we’ll process a refund after the incorrect product is returned to us.
Size Issue: If the footwear doesn’t fit as expected, you may request a refund. The item must be unworn and returned in original condition within 7 days.

All refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected by our team.
⚠️ Courier charges are non-refundable. Return shipping must be arranged by the customer.

🚫 Final Sale Policy (11:11 Sale Orders)

Items purchased during the 11:11 Sale are final sale and cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded due to limited stock.
We strongly advise customers to consult our size chart before placing orders.

Standard: PKR 200 nationwide
Applies to original orders, exchanges, and returns
Courier charges are non-refundable

📦 Parcel Opening Policy

Parcels must be paid in full before opening.
If there’s any issue with size after opening, you’re eligible for exchange within 7 days (as per above policy).
