At Tenure, your comfort is our priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn’t feel right — whether it’s a size, quality, or delivery concern — we’re here to make it right.
🌀 Exchange Policy
We offer easy exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

You dispatch the item back to us at your own expense.

Exchanges are only subject to product availability in stock.

Size exchanges are allowed; however, minor variations in gibits/accessories or insole colors are not considered exchange issues.

Products purchased on sale or clearance may not be eligible for exchange.
- Customers are required to return the parcel through a courier service before the exchange process begins.
Once we receive the product and inspect its condition, the exchange process will begin.
📌 Note: Delivery charges for both sending and returning the parcel are to be paid by the customer.
💸 Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

Refunds are only applicable in cases where an incorrect or defective product is delivered from our side. You may request a refund within 7 days.

Products returned due to personal preference, sizing issues, change of mind, or minor variations in gibits/insole colors will not be eligible for refund.

To request a refund, the product must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging within 7 days.

Once the returned parcel is received and inspected, the eligible refund amount will be processed accordingly.
All refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected by our team.
⚠️ Courier charges are non-refundable. Return shipping must be arranged by the customer.
🚫 Final Sale Policy (Sale Orders)
Items purchased during the Sale are final sale and cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded due to limited stock.
We strongly advise customers to consult our size chart before placing orders.

📦 Parcel Opening Policy
Parcels must be paid in full before opening.
If there’s any issue with size after opening, you’re eligible for exchange within 7 days (as per above policy).
