2. Incorrect Item: If you receive the wrong item, we will issue a refund upon return of the incorrect item. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
3. Size Issue: If the size of the footwear received does not fit as expected, you may request a refund. The item must be unworn and in its original condition. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Please Note: for 11:11 Sale Purchases All items purchased during our 11:11 sale are final sale—no returns , refunds or exchanges will be accepted due to stock limitations.
